Defrost, chop up and mix! We are offering a tuna poke meal kit for pickup on WED 11/25. We can also deliver locally, if you are ordering meals as well…please visit our delivery order page for more info.
For $8.75, the kit includes:
- 5oz. of Yellowfin tuna “saku” (vacuum-sealed and frozen)
- Chopped scallions
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Sea-salt and pepper
- Original poke sauce
- *Optional: Cucumber-Wakame Salad ($6)
To defrost tuna, don’t open the package, just leave it in the fridge overnight. You can also leave the package in a bowl of ice water for about 2 hours to thaw.
Take off the excess water with paper towel, before cutting the tuna into cubes. Sprinkle salt and pepper, then add the poke sauce, sesame seeds and scallions. Mix them up and that’s it!
